About

This is an independent reference site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Delaware County, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, or the Tax Claim Bureau. The county's own lists, notices, and Conditions of Sale are the official record. Lists change, sales are stayed or postponed, and errors happen. Confirm everything with the county before you bid.

We do not contact property owners and do not publish owner or defendant names.

Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
